McCroskey... enough said. Not only a great product... will stand by anything he builds as long as he's alive, lol... he'll sharpen other knives for you. Customer service is top notch. Hell, I just like visiting the man.

My Father in law turned me on to DeLeon knives. Makes some wonderful stuff. I have two and my sone two in the smaller version. Unfortunately he died about two years ago.
