Went to Elk City shopping for a new safe for the wife after work on Monday. She has zoom/online classes on Monday's so I had to take other ride alongs this time...
Somewhere in Wyoming, some guy just left his old grain combine out in the weather. For those that might not be farming people, a combine is used to harvest the grains from the fields. This one was probably originally pulled by a tractor.
Back some years ago, my wife bought me a Nikkor 200-500mm lens, and we chose to go do our daily walking at Hefner Lake in Oklahoma City. I took the lens along for some testing, and this was just one snap photo that I took as these waterfowl decided to fly by. (The "snap" decision to shoot is why the horizon isn't level in the photo.)
It is warming up to be a nice afternoon. It is time to disconnect garden hoses from faucets if you haven't.
