I suspect this is the same husband and wife team I see every year at Wannamachers. I remember paying $30 for mine. They are usually setup at the far lower level wall(east side) right in the middle.

A lot of drs that do hearing aids also do these. We use custom ones for In Ear Monitors for musicians a lot
I use these. They also make a version for people with smaller ear canals.
