CZ 457 range review

I got a new CZ 457 22 LR this spring and man does it shoot with Lapua Midas ammo.

At 100 yards!?

Oops. The Ballistics X was set on 100. The group was actually shot at 50 yards. The groups opened to about 1.5 inches at 100 that day. That was on a windy OK day. I think it will shoot sub MOA at 100 if the wind ever lets up while I am at the range, which seems to be never.

Now you did it, that Lapua stuff is pricey but I am going to have tor order some.

Just picked up a 457 varmint Precision chassis in 22LR this afternoon. Pics once I have rings and get the scope mounted.

Tom there rifle too Wilshire Gun yesterday to put some ammo through it. It's been entirely too long since I've taken time to go shooting, so planning to go back Friday. Upper impacts are high speed (Herter's Target) and lowered group is the CCI subsonic.
Where can I pick up an SAP positional sling in OKC metro, or do I have to order it online?

Beautiful. I love CZ's trying to pick up the new 600 bolt when I can

I love my 452 12 years later. I’d trade it in a second though for a 455 with .22 and 17 hmr barrels though

If interested, I have a friend from the range that has a .17 HMR barrel that he said will fit my CZ 457. I was tempted but I don't want the hassle of changing barrels and sighting them in.
