True, but the idea did hang on for some time. It seems that the MAC-10 also fired from an open bolt.
I'll have to give you this one. I don't know.

Yes, the MAC-10 does fire from an open bolt as does the M11/9. Some of the older guns that were also open bolt: STEn, MP40, BAR, MG34, MG42. Some of the modern guns that are still open bolt: M60, M240, M249.

She wasn't so sure she wanted to shoot it until I dumped the first stick out.....................she was then ready for a turn.
Had a guy last year shooting a couple lanes away at H&H who had a full auto Tommy....was really loud and all the smoke from ripping thru mag after mag made it impossible for me to shoot. I should have been mad but all I wanted to do was shoot it too lol, it was awesome. I bet your daughter will remember that forever
