Dad wants a "rail" on his Browning .22 rifle

Good deals can be had on BSA scopes. I have the Sweet 22 but I'm not sure that I could punch single hole patters at 150', ah hell, I'm not sure that I could punch single whole groups at 25'.

Yeah, what he wants, and what he's going to be able to do may be two different things. Let's just say that I'm looking for a scope that can "outshoot" him. He likes Leupold as a brand, so I'm starting there. I'm going to give him crap that he needs one of these from the custom shop with ballistic reticle and BDC dial matched for the gun and whatever ammo he plans on using

If you price way down from the Leupold, I bought a Tasco from Walmart for $60 that works great. Not the best, but for the money it's all I need.
