Measures about 13ft from bottom of ladder to seat. It is considered a two person but there is definitely plenty of room for one. There is no seat cushion, it didn't last long. I didn't trust the ratchet straps anymore so you will need to get new ones. FTF local pickup. Cash only please. If you think you have something to trade, ask, you never know.
