I got delayed on my second to last purchase. Think they have three days or something like that to contact the ffl and they will, but if they don't its yours as far as I know.
True. 3 working days not counting day of purchase or pickup. The FFL then has sole discretion whether to proceed or not if the FBI never responds.
They can delay you 5 days. A guy that runs a pawn shop around here sold a gun to a guy after he waited 3 weeks and never heard back. Finally after a month or so they called him back and said the guy was denied. They sent an ATF agent out to his house and accompanied him to the pawn shop where he was reimbursed after returning the gun. That's the story I got.

I overpaid a bit the other day, I needed a 22 pistol and knew exactly what I wanted. I needed it right then, and everyone was out of stock except H&H. Paid $30 more for the convenience of getting it immediately. I made that choice willingly, so no biggie.

no local store had this 10/22 is the deal, academy had it with the houge black synthetic stock for 249, so i figured why not 20 more for a mossy oak camo stock
