After cleaning with corncob/walnut media poking a decapper pin through the hole will get any media out of the hole.

With pistol brass, there just isn't a reason to clean primer pockets. I tumble once with corn cob and then start the loadung process. The only brass that gets tumbled after it is deprimed is rifle brass.
