I have not tried the Honey Wheat, Jus glad to have the white bread. Made Bacon Grilled Cheese sandwich's last night, the bread crisps up perfectly.
No spike after eating?
Unfortunately I could not tell you. I know I stay in Ketosis after eating it. It tastes great untoasted, toasts well and fast. I'd eat it even if I wasn't doing Keto.
Not much of one if any. I will test just that tomorrow. Today I ate some Fritos and 2 cookies so I had a small spike. For the first time in years I trust it, and like it enough I bought some bologna, salami, and sharp cheddar slices to make sandwiches to have with a side salad. Large, soft slices that taste good.
Normally I just roll everything up in a low carb tortilla but it is just not the same as a good cold cut sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles.
Haven't heard about it yet. But I will look for it and give it a try.
