I Know he said over BA and I agree. But you can also here testing out at the airport all the time. It has been that way since I moved here some 32 years ago.

Never said it had to be passenger. When McDonald Douglas was out there they tested F-4,F-15 and F-18 engines. It use to get quite loud.. It could have been the Guard running a test on one of their F-16's...
