Well I mean yeah it can temporarily raise heart rate and blood pressure when you’re high. If you have serious preexisting conditions it could potentially help trigger a cardiovascular event… so could high doses of caffine, stress, lack of sleep, etc

It's been proven to increase cause and risk for DVT, blood clotting issues and platelet function so I would absolutely throw ischemic strokes in there as a result.
