So... let me get this right. People say it's fine for employers to drug test because you have a choice if you want to work there or not (I happen to agree with this). But they also say it's infringing on a right of some sort if you must test to be given money without working that was earned by those willing to test? Is this what I'm hearing? Both can't be right. Seems they should prohibit employers testing or do welfare testing too.
