Unless he's just an attention whore. And in that case the City needs to charge him for the expense of watching over him and his "rescue". Of course, not that anything is gonna come of it because I'm pretty sure he has bought himself a one-way ticket to the local psych ward ...

Like he has or ever will have any money.LOL They should just pull all officers and first responders off and hire one Securitas officer to report when he comes/falls down.The bill for this will be enormous.No problem,we have plenty of money. If he comes down,as opposed to falling to his death,he will be taken to a hospital,please not St. Francis,where he will be medically cleared and sent to TCBH,Tulsa Center for Behavoral Health(public psych ward) for further evaluation.
