It’s a sticker plate and a marker didn’t work at all.Here’s the problem.
Black white green =120V
Black red white =240V single phase
At this point, if it were ME (and I’m not suggesting you do this)…..I’d wire a 120V plug to the end, plug it in to an extension cord I’ve stretched outside my garage and see what happens. It’s not like it’s going to go off like a bomb. Worst that would likely happen is you let the magic smoke out and you end up tossing it in the trash.
Edit: Looking at that nameplate you could probably fill it with paint or something similar to see what it says.

Edit… I plugged it in 110 outlet and it ran fine at a whopping 7.25 rpm for 3 minutes straight without getting hot.
That is certainly a gear driven shaft with that low of an RPM. I'd also look at using it for an outdoor rotisserie at a fire pit.No difference in the way it spins. Had to use vise grips both ways.
