Hey guys,

I found this diamond in the rough at Sooner State Pawn - North when I was picking up AK pistol, and I decided that I needed to have it. They had it listed at $250, but I "talked" them down to $200 out the door. It is in really rough shape, and I'm not sure if I want to restore it or leave it how it is. Since I am looking for a shooter and not just a conversation piece, I'll probably restore it.

Based on the serial number, this was made during 1944, so this was made to kill Nazis!

It shoots the 38 S&W cartridge.

They paid $85 for it in pawn. Lol.

Anyone have any idea on how I can start to restore it to original condition?

455 is WAY COOLER than 38/200 I agree.
