Looks like a very large rock on her finger. Interesting that he let the car tag be displayed.
Probably fake; those types of chargers can be shut off with the Tesla app and/or programmed only to charge one’s own car.

I’d have let the wife handle it. And most likely the stupid lady would have left regretting her dumbass decision. LOL! Edit to add, my wife is mean.
They make a "karen" lock to keep people from unplugging
EV drivers steal power so much they've even got a lock to prevent it? That speaks volumes for that demographic.
