I've been hearing that since I was 23 ... But you are probably right. Funny thing is it only bothers me when I'm stressed out -- maybe because I tend to eat worse when I'm stressed out. Besides, it's not like it would hurt me to eat a few green veggies ... I do miss that ribeye from time to time though ...
