OK, guys ... Here's the scoop for April ...

We will be meeting at Safety 1st Gun Range to shoot (formerly Heartland Gun) in Edmond at 10 am, Sunday, April 20th. I'll let you know the range fee a soon as I know what they are gonna be. Keep in mind this range is climate controlled so if it's cold, we will not be ... and conversely if it's hot, we will be cool ...

I'm up for suggestions as to where to eat after that. Joe's Pizza is close by and has been mentioned as well worth our time. I'm not that familiar with eateries in Edmond, but we will either need to beat the church crowd ... or wait them out ...

Finally, I will need a pretty solid head count for this one ... However, we have plenty of time and can finalize that in a few weeks, though ... Because it's gonna be "early" I "might" be convinced to bring some homemade cinnamon rolls for you guys to munch on so be prepared to bring a drink with you ... maybe ...

Sounds like a good time.

Now back to my oil test. If it didn't take a few minutes to heat the oil before a spin in the centrifuge, I wouldn't have any OSA time today.

Sorry you guys will not be able to make it. Mitch has been kind enough to offer us the ability to shoot for a couple of hours and not deal with the ya-hoos we would have out at Harry's or H&H ... I, for one, appreciate his offer, regardless of what day he has offered up ...

I definitely appreciate it, too.

Statistically, though, when I miss the morning service at church there is a 95% chance of serious technical issues (typically related to broadcasting). I've actually kept a record for the past 10 years (been doing it over 15), and out of the 40 times I've missed the morning service in the last 10 years, 38 have resulted in phone calls from the radio station about an issue with our feed or the person covering in the booth about an issue disrupting the service and they've exhausted their knowledgebase.
