Seriously ... I was SHOCKED ... I mean chocolate chip cookies are pretty straightforward, no?? Man ... Not these chocolate chip cookies ... And I don't even really like chocolate chip cookies that much ... But these things ... Oh. My.

The really good thing about this recipe is that it is supposed to be for one chocolate chip cookie that is big ... for folks that don't have anyone else at home and don't want to make 5 dozen cookies just to get one. I doubled the recipe (one for me and one for GC) and used my usual scoop to make regular sized cookies. I got a dozen absolutely perfect cookies ... Next time I'm only gonna do the single recipe and make a half-dozen cookies ... that will be heaven ... 2 for GC, 1 for me, 2 for Nero and 1 for Dawg ... We will be SET!!
