"Loud" is not what creates a problem for me. I finally got the feeling back in my fingers -- was trying to not take any medicine but that didn't work out too well. Guess I'll just keep on doing a little at a time until I figure out if it's gonna screw me up or not ... Only way I know to figure out what I can and can't do, ya know?
