Cops with guns is dangerous. Just before the Rodney King thing, two CHPs pulled a crackhead over who opened up on them with a revolver. The two officers fired 43 shots and hit twice. The junkie with the .357 fired and hit three times.
A large group of us used to shoot at local matches. There still is a few out there shooting matches.
