Well I orded 2 shotguns from Kentucky gun co. Shipping was fast and was at the enid fedex dock in 4 days. 1 made it to my ffl and 1 didn't. It shows out for delivery on Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday with the dreaded yellow exclamation point. I call the dock. She goes and looks and says "I didn't see it out there. The store owner usually picks up all of the orders daily and must have left it". Well, that's a lie. He doesn't ever pick them up, they deliver to him. She says she will put out a statewide email looking for it. I said "why do we need to do that if the shipping shows that it's at your dock?" She can't justify her answer. My worries are that it's a big box so it should be hard to lose, but like all other long guns, it has the maker, model, etc. all on the shipping box making it look very fun to take. Before someone says "well its the holidays, they are busy and mistakes can happen". I've been balls to the wall in oil and gas work since we chose T to step back in office and I'm still not allowed to botch one job or I'll be getting hungry very quickly. Does anyone take pride in their job anymore? Anyway. Yall have a very merry Christmas and thanks for reading my rant.

Wife had 2 packages delivered last week from Fedex and they put them in the mailbox cause they was to lazy to walk 20 ft and put them at the front door, which using the mailbox for anything other than usps mail is illegal but they dont care cause no one will hold them accountable for their action and yes i turned them in to both Fedex and usps.

Call em back and ask if they found it on Monday. Tell them you just wanted to make sure before you called BATFE about a lost firearm. I'm betting it shows up Monday or Tuesday, or someone quits the shipping dock.

Its insured. Now the hoops that we have to jump through to get them to honor the insurance policy, that's a different deal.

True, but without insurance, their liability is limited to $100

Now, be a thorn in their side. Call every day. Demand settlement of THEIR SCREW UP and payment on your insured loss. Don't give up.
