Yup, she ranks right up there with the other mental wonders in DC.

“you know, with the advent of PTSD, which I think is a new phenomenon as a product of the Iraq War.” (Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.)

She needs a mental eval herself and removal from office.

Yep, nobody understood "shell shock" during WWI either.

The fact that people like her are in positions of power, that people choose to put them there, and they are respected by many and allowed to speak with authority, is the core of my belief and gut feeling that we are on a irreversible decline.

Any real journalist should expose this behavior and shame it for the madness it is. Instead it is ignored or given prime time positive attention.

I'm weary from being angry all the time.:hithead:

Exactly!

I do not disagree with any of your opinions of Sen Feinstein but I think she is using a figure of speech to describe her dislike of the idea that citizens can have standard capacity magazine for self defense purposes. That is the only interpretation that makes sense to me. Don't take her statement literally.

met·a·phor

noun
1.
a figure of speech in which a term or phrase is applied to something to which it is not literally applicable in order to suggest a resemblance, as in “A mighty fortress is our God.”
