That's what I was thinking, at 51 you should have had at least 41 years of .22 shooting and ownership behind you.

Having learned to shoot at 9 years old, I've shot a lot of 22 in the last 19 years. Still some of the most fun.

I've got about 2000 rounds stocked up. One of my buddies is good at finding it.

Been shooting in the back yard lately. Picked up a Nikon 3-9x40 Rimfire scope for it (that's a scope off one of my air rifles in the photo) and have been getting it dialed in. Some of the target loads are pretty darn quiet, low velocity I assume.

You're right about additional rifles. I'm looking at a .17 HMR or .17 WSM next :-).
