I just bought my son his first rifle. It was a savage rascal .22. He loves it. But I am still waiting to get my own .22. I have always enjoyed shoiting them. Maybe in a couple of weeks I will bite the bullet and get one of my own.
I absolutely love rimfire. It's my fave to shoot of everything. I can shoot quite a bit for fairly cheap even at today's prices. I encourage everyone to stock up on 22 as much as possible. I'm sitting at roughly 15k and its still not enough. I shoot several different competitive pistol matches all in rimfire. Too much fun and completely addicting.
