Apparently the house I bought in May has settled since then and I'll need some piers installed. What OKC foundation company does the best work for the best value?
Was it a new build?
I have a buddy that lives in an area where all the houses on one side of the street have needed to be piered. And the ones who used Olsham were very unhappy with their work and prices. The ones that used powerjack were much happier. BTW this is in Mayes county.
Also if you research that cablelock system it was designed for Texas' type of soil environment.
No, it was built in the mid 70's. If it was a new build I would really be upset!
I'm guess that means it doesn't work as well in OK's clay soil?
Do yourself a favor and hire a bonded engineer to come look at it and make a written recommendation. Then take that to the pier companies to quote.
