You an owner/builder? When we built our house, we did it ourselves and it wasn't bad (and saved a bunch). Didn't need a ubuiltit or similar. We did an ICF house and used Insulated Concrete Homes at http://ichhp.com to do our foundations/walls and we've been happy.
