I really....really need to brake down and build me a grinder like that, it would make my life so much easier. As a matter of fact I think I just decided to start on one.

As a business owner I work 7 days a week and make knives when I am able to get into the shop. I try to have knives made for the Wanenmacher show twice a year. There are 3 dealers I work with that take knives whenever they're available.

I laminate all of my G10 handle material.
Edge geometry is what it's all about. By keeping the edge thickness around 30 thousands of an inch, this seems to work best for a fixed blade designed for the hard use enviroment. Folder blades are ground to appx 20 thousands of an inch.
