He went on to say that they had stopped a seventeen year old girl for three mph over the posted limit and the chief had found a single marijuana seed in the floorboard of her car and issued her tickets for the speeding and marijuana possession.
The state will only put it on your record if the ticket is 11+ over the limit. A single seed for possession? I think this is a department that needs checking into by the state.
