He was a great football player though and well respected in the community according to the link HFS provided. I watched that one.Hart should have been taken out back and shot long before those girls were murdered.

He had also been convicted of raping 2 pregnant women by the time these murders happened. He was a great football player though and well respected in the community according to the link HFS provided. I watched that one.
Yes, he was a bad boy, but that show emphasized what a good boy he was, focusing on his football career. I'm not agreeing with the show, just repeating what they said.He had also been convicted of raping 2 pregnant women by the time these murders happened.
My is that the jury thought he was being railroaded by a vindictive sheriff. They pretty much knew he planted evidence. I suspect he sunk his case doing that even though he was likely correct about Hart being involved. Also the evidence that showed others had to be involved and the sheriff, DA and OSBI denying that from the jump all the way through.I vaguely remember this, I had just finished my Freshman semester in College. It’s been so many years I had to google this to see what was said happened.
I don’t know, it just doesn’t seem to me to be that only 1 person did this. It seems to me to be so much more likely that there was another person in on this.
And that makes me wonder why the jury returned a not guilty verdict.
Thanks for posting that link. I was able to watch it and I don't have Hulu. I was able to airplay it from my iPhone to my Roku TV. This video is mentioned at the end of the Fox Series.I've not seen the Fox series but ABC had an episode of the show 20/20 a few weeks ago about the Girl Scout murders.
Don't know if this link works or not (may have to get a Hulu subscription to watch the ABC show).

That sometimes covers up a multitude of sins in Oklahoma.Yes, he was a bad boy, but that show emphasized what a good boy he was, focusing on his football career. I'm not agreeing with the show, just repeating what they said.
