This is I believe a Gen 3 and I'm selling it as new. The only reason I'm not selling it new is because I did not purchase it from an FFL. The gentleman I got it from said he had never shot it and I believe him there's not a mark on this gun. I bought this for me but it's just not my cup of tea, I cannot get used to these Glocks.lol
