The fact that they made a PDF tells me that I need to stay away from it. But in their PDF, they said that sometimes the problems would occur even AFTER the light was removed.

BY all means, work around your reliability issue, my glocks don't sit in my nightstand because of this very issue. Supposedly this issue was fixed with 4th gens but I guess not. I'm sure Glock will do the right thing and issue a recall, I mean....."upgrade."

I thought you loved glocks? You always seem to talk about how wonderful they are.

Do you try and make it your personal mission to get people away from them? You post crap about the "upgrade" in every single glock thread. I bet if we googled "1911 problems" we might also get a couple of hits.

I love Glocks as I shoot them more than anything including in competition. A SIG P229 SCT 40 sits beside my bed though.
