With a billion records it'll be all their entire army can do to comb through them to find out the original owners. Plus, I don't know how many 4473s I've had to fill out for pawn redemptions.Just imagine what might happen if the Russians got ahold of the 4473s….

Well said. I say it all the time that voting is meaningless. Until Americans can grow a pair and use the 2A for why it’s for we will continue to lose our freedom.IMO this country has become the most free prison. By that I mean the only “rights” you have are the ones you have been so graciously allowed to have (for now) by the feds and the fed.
Anything that threatens their rule is not allowed. The only solution is peaceful dissolution.
But people still think they can vote their freedoms back.
Until that changes we will continue the march to socialism.
Pretty much. We’re all leaving a digital trail of data about our lives that’s accessible by commercial and government entities. It’s not going to take a database of 4473s to for anyone to figure out that we own guns, which is not to say that I’m in favor of the ATF digitizing all those records.
So, a person who hasn't bought a firearm on a 4473 is on a list of known gun owners?
Asking for a friend.
Oh, I know. I've seen the movie a few times. The comment about Russians was a reference to the movie Red Dawn.
2,500 guns. I'd say you're doing pretty good. One billion? I feel so insignificant. I've only got .0000025 % of those.
