How hard is it to start up an ammo manufacturing business in Oklahoma?
The guy who makes that “+m” seismic ammo is from Oklahoma. I’m willing to bet someone here knows him. My guess is that you’ll need some sort of explosives license or atf permit considering the amount of powder and primers you’ll have on hand.
