Thanks for info all. I didn't buy it yet. i need a full size the tacoma is not idea for what I'm needing now. I've repaired rust in the past but those were project cars. Price is great on this one

I agree with Okie4570. Looks like mostly just surface rust. Give it a good washing underneath and hit some of the worst areas with a rust neutralizer. It looks pretty good to me.

nothing there to be afraid of keep it washed up good will be a fine vehicle

Check the rocker panels and on the fenders above the tires.

That’s surface rust and not deep
Pitted rust. I’d not have a problem with it. Probably rustier vehicles in Oklahoma already.

351c 12.1 solid roller. That's coming out for either a coyote or a tall deck windsor 400+ ci dart blocked sbf. Has a t5 behind it amd that's screaming for mercy. 28 splines too. Still needs a lot of work
