I am one of the silent majority it seems. All the turkey have left my place. I see a feeder on the other side of the river, so I'm betting they got pulled over there.
I have a no time off work schedule that started this monday, and lasts thru the 25th. Its not looking good for my season.

Glad to see some of us are having some success. I went out last weekend and the wind promptly blew me back in. This weekend looks better so I'll be out.

I had been hunting since this weekend with no feedback, hadn't even heard a hen. I could get a shock gobble here and there, before they left the roost, but they weren't very vocal during the wind. I was getting pretty discouraged with the hunting conditions, until I saw the forecast for Tuesday's wind. I thought there was a misunderstanding when weather said "wind: Calm" . But the calm definitely helped.
