Yeah, Free would be great. I could use it to check out prospective renters. If they couldn't pass the check they couldn't rent.
The ATF doesn't keep records (which is the law) but they probably let Homeland security or some no-name agency access the database.

Since they keep getting elected by selling their influence and promoting the victimization of a dependent class of people we should not give them crap.
