When I wear leather, it's a Looper.

When I wear nylon/kydex, it's a Wilderness with the C.S.M. insert.

IMO, Looper for leather and 511 for web nylon, both w/ the insert.
Have 3 Loopers in various widths and bought my first for like $27.
I'm sure the others mentioned are good also.

I wear the Looper Kydex reinforced, but I switched the buckle out to a western style buckle. Using their buckle, the Kydex by the holes will eventually break.

I have a cheapy duty man brand sold at OPS. Been using it over a year and works well for me.

I wear a Bullhide Gun Leather belt all the time, even when not carrying an owb holster. This is the best belt I've ever had in my entire life. My waist is 32", and I bought the belt in 38". When carrying a bulldog in a pancake, or a Glock in a FOBUS, this belt distrubutes the weight very well. I have lots of holsters, but oddly, I have come to favor a cheapo belly band holster over all of the others. Yet I continue to wear the Bullhide belt.
