Found a red crayon in my closet last winter and I had my pistol on me.. So I did what any 3 year old would do and colored it! It's held up pretty good.

I use paint pens from walmart

Get a crayon, color it, wipe it off with a rag with some CLP or some gun cleaner on it. Done!

It might help to heat up the metal with a blow dryer first.

I wasn't that serious about it and my results probably aren't as good.
