H.R. 38: Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2017

Although it sounds great, I’m finding it difficult to wholeheartedly support this bill when we already have great reciprocity in place with most states. At least the ones I want to visit - I don’t visit or support those states that don’t support my 2A rights.

Thats all fine in theory but there's states that "block" others if using that theory, or you gotta drive completely around a state which is insane. I've been known to fill up my car at the last stop before a state like that and drive straight through it...but thats not always possible or realistic. All that aside, you shouldnt HAVE to do any of that to exercise your 2A rights. If my right to drive and be married are recognized across state lines due to a government issued license, why isnt my right to bear arms also recognized?

The sad fact is that this shouldn't even be a conversation. A RIGHT shouldn't be able to be restricted by any state (or federally) and should not require a permit to exercise it.
