agreed. i'm sure i'll be hated on for this, but.....assange is a hero in my book.

this whole odeal has exposed for everyone to see who actually runs the world. leak some information about war crimes, no problem. leak some embarrassing information about government diplomats, no problem. just THREATEN to leak some incriminating information on BAC and off with your head!

that said, it does appear that assange has an axe to grind with the US for some reason.

Assange is a ****** and traitor.

Hey yall, Wow Cobra, not saying I agree or disagree with ya, but with my screen name, avatar and sig line I'd get the perma ban for saying that. At least you don't play games or beat around the bush. Kudos for backbone, oorah! :woot:

Assange is a ****** and traitor.

i wouldn't know about him being gay but if he is, it is irrelevant and as far as him being a traitor........that is a matter of opinion at this point and you are entitled to form one.

BTW, he is an australian citizen. so if he is ever convicted of treason, it won't be here.

this would be a great excuse for the US government to step in and regulate the internet. maybe assange was allowed to be given the information to leak just for this very purpose. say goodbye to freedom of speech......another one(freedom) bites the dust.

who was it in the obama administration that said, and i'm paraphrasing, "don't ever let a good crisis go to waste"?

I tend to lean towards this except for the assertion that he was given the information to further Big Brother's assent. However, I am not saying that isn't a possibility either. It is VERY interesting that that Manning kid even had access to all this information at all.

ETA: Not defending Assange either. I don't think he did it for the "greater good". Also I don't know all the circumstances surrounding the recent sexual charges but it does seem the boy is a bit of a turd.

We should be upset with those that allowed this kind of information to become public. We would applaud the person from another country who exposed secrets that showed his government in a negative light.

google "julian assange sex charges" and you can read all about it. the charges sound drummed up and the timing is too convenient but i could be wrong.

it seems like every time "someone" wants "someone else" taken down it is always about sex. elliott spitzer, john edwards, mark foley, etc., etc. the list goes on and on.

the lesson here is to keep your "thing" in your pants if you are a controversial public figure.

I don't know about the hate part, but naive and perhaps foolish if you really think he's some sort of hero. :(

We need to get the crew that created the worm that hit the Iranian nuclear facilities. Pure genius...

AHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAH

the article said:
Simply put, Stuxnet is an incredibly advanced, undetectable computer worm that took years to construct and was designed to jump from computer to computer until it found the specific, protected control system that it aimed to destroy: Iran’s nuclear enrichment program.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

This article is so incredibly bad you have no idea.

It's not undetectable. At all. At least 2 AV companies had Stuxnet signatures in their databases when that article was written.

Also I'm pretty skeptical about this "automated AI-enabled DoS tool" this Jester guy claims to have. The claims he's making about it are pretty stellar. It sounds like something from a movie plot.
