google "julian assange sex charges" and you can read all about it. the charges sound drummed up and the timing is too convenient but i could be wrong.

it seems like every time "someone" wants "someone else" taken down it is always about sex. elliott spitzer, john edwards, mark foley, etc., etc. the list goes on and on.

the lesson here is to keep your "thing" in your pants if you are a controversial public figure.

I will admit that I am extremely biased in my attitude towards charges relating to sex crimes. It has been my experience in the vast majority of cases that where there is smoke there is fire.

He may be the exception to the rule, but I very seriously doubt it.

Shouldn't they be attacked for reporting it; ie Fox, CNN, MSNBC, ABC.

What is different between wiki-leaks taking and releasing leaked info and news organizations reporting on what information was leaked.

Interestingly enough, it seems there is no law against printing these leaks.
And even if there were, the news organizations could always claim 1A rights.

I have'nt read all the leaks but of the ones I have seen printed, they don't make the USA look bad IMO.

They make China, Saudia Arabia, Iran look bad for sure.
Karzai looks like an unstable flake ruling over a totally corrupt "government".
