As you know, Indio, I always carry two handguns. I'm drawing my .45 ACP Glock 30 SF from its Galco King Tuk IWB holster, which I have positioned snugly onto the small of my back. On my right hip is my .44 Special Charter Arms Bulldog Pug, in its Kramer Gun Leather pancake holster, riding on a Bullhide Gun Leather belt!

The 2x8s are positioned with a partial cinder block behind them, so they don't get knocked over.

I only got off five shots. The 2x8s were obliterated. I had dificulty assessing entry vs exit, so I brought the pieces into the house to get a better idea.

It was a mixed bag; all five bullets went through the 1st 2x8, and all penetrated into the 2nd 2x8 to varying degrees. Some went in deeply, one did not go in deeply, and one went all the way through. The FMJ .45 ball rounds sustained no deformity.

Had the two 2X8's been screwed or clamped together and securely anchored in position, I suspect you would have seen more penetration.
