This would allow an SDA applicant to turn in the application to any sheriff office in the state, not just the one in the county they reside.

This would be nice. Since I work about 5 miles from the Tulsa county sheriffs office, but technically live in wagoner. It's a large difference, and one of, albeit a bad, reasons I haven't made it out to turn in my application yet.
