Pretty much open season on private property 24/7. Public land has more restrictions. As stated read in the hunting manual.
setting the hog trap doors this weekend... crossing my fingers. They've had 4 weeks to get use to the trap... have had up to 28 pigs in it. few pig porn videos, one juvie doe got stuck in there when the pigs came flying in. Ate her in 3 days, nothing but a small amount of fur left. Have 3 sounders I need to get off the property.

After the last weekend of dropping multiple pigs, they disappeared for a while. Went out yesterday to bait up and try to get a few more out before turkey season. The hogs got mad at one of the barrels and ripped the welds for the handle off and took the barrel 200 yards off.
I went riding the four wheeler to look for sheds and drive within 30 feet of 2 hogs in a shallow drainage area. I shot the largest one and went mad max full throttle after the other. As i was taking pictures, here came 5 more with 10+ piglets. They were in the brush but i gave them hell. The bottom fell out of the sky during the second volley, so here's the biggest. I figured out why i got so close. Her ears had been cut off and the skin healed completely over the ear canals.

Ha ha it was! After the second group, i found i need to carry additional pmags, just in case.
