Your kids can still pray in schools on their own, the teacher just can't lead them in prayer because it shows favor to one religion over others in a government that acknowledges freedom of religion. Remember "See you at the flag pole" from when you were a kid? They had that for us and I went to school in the 90s and 00s. It's a student led prayer group.
We all need to stop twisting the facts. We're a group of people that routinely submit to and pass background checks. We're honest and we need to stay that way so as to best be able to represent ourselves. If we twist things to look right from our perspective, it makes us the same as them. It's the same with saying "They'll get my bullets, first!". It makes us all look bad. That's not the kind of image we need to convey.

They darn sure did it to alcohol during prohibition. They made millions of otherwise normal citizens into criminals overnight.
But they had an Amendment to do it. There is no way they have enough support to overturn the second Amendment. Thats why they just keep trying to erode its meaning without fighting it head on.
