So who wants to come install this at my house???? This stuff does sound great, especially the garage door thing as others have stated I have turned around several times only to find out it's shut. We just built a house last year and I wish I would have thought of this stuff before hand.

Are there companies that come out and wire all of this and sync your phone etc? I'm the last person that needs to try and configure all of this by myself.

My dads garage door opener (the one attached to the wall) has a security camera inside and will automatically take photos each time the door is opened/closed. he can view those photos and the doors status from his phone.
