I have never been there or wanted to, but i cant imagine someone that was banned from a business even trying get employment there. Banned is banned no two ways around it. I quess like most they want to get hired and draw a check but never step foot inside the business to work for the check.
This may not turn out well for Hooters. At one time they had weight standards. The employees were required to maintain a certain standard or they were let go.
They lost the lawsuit, costing them millions of dollars. There are currently no weight standards.
I'm betting this freak of nature will get a pro bono lawyer to sue for damages.....and will win.

We go to Hooters occasionally. Wife really likes the wings. Even took my MIL that was 70 something to the one in Tulsa once. She didn't see anything wrong with it. We went in there once while the entire baseball team of 12 year old players and their parents were in there celebrating the end of their season. They even got the Hooters Girls to go outside and pick up the MVP, holding him sideways with the rest of the team and parents in the background. Pretty cool.
Several van loads of us back in the day stopped at Hooters after a weekend of paddling canoes on the Illinois river. The manager held the door for us. One of the girls stopped, looked at the door and commented about the no shirt, no shoes policy and asked about pants. The manager got a big laugh out of it and told her if she came in with no pants, she would get served. It was a fun crowd to hang with.
Hooters has the most uncomfortable chairs of any place I've been, and I'm betting it's on purpose. Eat and GTFO for the next customer.

This is similar to the King of the Hill show where Dale got a job at Hooters. If I remember, he applied so he could sue for getting turned down but they gave him a job instead.
Eh, they’re not half-naked. They wear tights under the shorts and the shirts aren’t all that revealing, either. You can see more skin on a warm day on the campus of your local college or university. Hell, I see women who are more scantily clad jogging on the sidewalk next to Yale on my way to work in the morning on any given day from about March to November.
FWIW, I’ve been to Hooters once of my own volition just to see what all the hubbub was about, and I didn’t think it was all that much of a much. The scenery was nice, but the food wasn’t as good as the price, although the menus were amusing. I’ve ended up going to several of them on business trips because guys with me wanted to go, but it’s not my first choice.
Yep, they're not showing much more than when I was in jr. and high school when cheerleaders wore their outfits on game days. But that's "different". After all minors showing skin for school spirit is acceptable and wholesome.
Grumpy is ''taken" with the scenery. The food is okay, I guess. I used to go there with him when he FINALLY just wore me down and I was sick and tired of WAB.

Imagine her surprise when I was the one that reached for the ticket she laid on the table at the conclusion of our meal.
I honestly dunno what the big deal is.
