This whole thing irks me to no end that a business can't be ran how the owners/investors planned which is how they project profits. If you have small breasts and Hooter's won't hire you, go to another establishment. If you're offended by the outfits Hooter's girls wear, don't go there. If a Chinese restaurant only wants to hire Asians, that should be their prerogative. If you don't approve, don't go there. Economics isn't a complicated subject - quantity supplied = quantity demanded. Should self-correct after some time.

Just like TV. If you don't like a commercial, change the channel. If you don't like an actor on a show, don't watch it. Pretty simple.

BUT, our government just has to get involved. Dad owned a non-union construction company. Just busy enough to keep his current crew busy with another job or two waiting. Had 2 UNION construction workers come in and apply for a job. He said not enough work. They sued for discrimination. With the local ironworkers union based out of NY/NJ, Dads attorney advised to settle as he'd never get a win against the union. Think it cost him $50K.

Some of their food isn't bad. Same with Twin Peaks. Twin Peaks is just a place where men go (as well as Hooters, but not as blatant) for men to get attention from an attractive woman (obviously looks are subjective, not everyone gravitates to thin, sexy dressed well endowed women, as some appreciate modesty.) Twin Peaks food isn't bad either. Like any establishment, there are choices. Each business should have the right to cater to the customers of their choice. Why would I ever want to frequent an establishment that is forced to serve me?
Twin peaks definitely has better food....except for the wings. Hooters gets that nod.
